QWANtify was formed with the vision of building an information technnology professional services organization where team members are excited and passionate about their work, where innovation is rewarded and everyone strives for excellence, where team members are empowered and their judgement is trusted. We believe in fostering and supporting long-term relationships with community, clients, team members, and business partners, and treating everyone with respect and dignity. Golden rules that are not forgotten by our team.

It is important we constantly strive to create an environment in which team members may motivate themselves. Saying you have a great culture and actually having one are two distinctly different things.

Our culture empowers team members by trusting their judgement as experienced business professionals. The culture is based on a couple of simple notions. One, we should always treat individuals the way we want to be treated; and two, if we set up a great working environment, we’ll be happier and more productive. We have very high ethics and morales.

We provide our team with opportunities to particpate in annual reviews of our management team, attend conferences and training, become involved in our Corporate Community Involvement committee, participate in our off-site team buiding activities, blog, give presentations, and write whitepapers.

It is extremely important to us that we nurture our culture and continue to build upon it, for it is our team members who make us successful.
