Project Managers
- Solid project management experience
- Strong knowledge of application development, and SDLC, or Infrastructure project management
- RUP or other formal development methodologies
- Experience with web and large enterprise projects
- Experience with multiple business and technical environments
- MS Project experience
- Project Management Professional certification is highly desirable
Business Analysts
- Eliciting and gathering business requirements from clients
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Strong project team collaboration
- Managing defects and change control
- Use cases and/or user stories development
- Traceablility matrix experience
- Developing and exercising test plans
- Automated testing experience is a plus
- IT and business area liaison experience
- UML or RUP experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills
J2EE and Open Source Developers
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills
- Eclipse, WSAD, or another IDE
- Struts or comparable MVC framework
- Spring
- Hibernate
- Application Server such as Jboss, WAS, BEA or Tomcat
- JUnit and Test Driven Development
- Log4j
- Ant, CruiseControl, Maven and Continuous Integration
- OO, Design Patterns, and application design and architecture
- Version Control such as Subversion, CVS, PVCS, SourceSafe or Git
