Business Analyst

- Gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Developing functional specifications
- Creating and writing detailed use cases
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills
- Exposure to and understanding of various business and technical environments
- UML or RUP experience
- Creating test plans and executing automated tests
