Project Managers
Well qualified candidates will possess solid project management experience along with many of the following skills:
Strong knowledge of application development, and SDLC, or Infrastructure project management
RUP or other formal development methodologies
PMP is highly desireable
Business Analysts
Gathering and documenting Business Requirements
Developing functional specifications
Creating and writing detailed use cases
Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills
Exposure to and understanding of various business and technical environments
UML or RUP experience
Creating test plans and executing automated tests
Java, J2EE Engineers, and Java Architects
Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills
J2EE
Eclipse, WSAD, or another IDE
Struts or comparable MVC framework
Spring
Hibernate
Application Server such as Jboss, WAS, or BEA
Junit and Test Driven Development
Log4j
Ant, CruiseControl, and Continuous Integration
OO, Design Patterns, application design and architecture
