Madison Area Technical College Computer Information Technology Committee
QWANtify is involved in Madison Area Technical College’s IT-Web Analyst/Programmer Advisory Committee. The committee, consisting of industry information executives, reviews and proposes curriculum updates, monitors and discusses information technology trends, national achievement awards, scholarships, and internships.
QWANtify has been involved in MATC’s student mentoring program for Women in IT since August, 2007. Nationally women graduating with information technology degrees has decreased from 24% to 19%. One of this program’s goals is to mentor female students about the career opportunities available to them once they graduate.
