Tammy Adler

Tammy has over 18 years of information technology experience in the areas of business development, management, project management, and software development. Throughout her career she has managed or been responsible for medium to large information technology projects, business development, operations and technology recruiting.

Tammy incorporated QWANtify in January 2005, with the vision of building a software development company where team members are excited and passionate about their work; where innovation is rewarded and everyone strives for excellence, where team members are empowered and their judgment is trusted; where long-term relationships with community, clients, team members, and business partners are supported; and where the team a whole unselfishly serves and supports our communities.

Tammy strongly believes in giving back to the community which enabled her success. She is currently a Lussier Education Center capital campaign member, MATC Student Mentor, serves on MATC’s Information Technology Advisory Board, is a member of UW-Whitewater’s Management Computer Systems Business Consortium and serves on UW-Whitewater’s Management Computer Systems Advisory Board, and is a member of TEMPO, is past Chair of the American Heart Associations Dave McClain Fund Raiser, and formerly an Ambassador for Henry Vilas Arctic Blast.

Early in her career Tammy worked for Wisconsin Power and Light where she held several positions within information technology. While at Wisconsin Power and Light, she led many technical initiatives while at Wisconsin Power & Light, co-authored their IT strategic plan, was a member of their Alliant Energy IT Merger Team, was responsible for bringing in a nationally-known project manager to begin WP&L’s Office of Project Management, and chaired the company-wide United Way campaign for two years.

As Director of Business Development for a local consulting company, Tammy successfully increased the company’s client-base by 800%, and employees by 1200%.

Tammy and her husband live in Mazomanie. They have a grown son, and new grand daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, flower gardening, sports, reading, and spending time at her Northern Wisconsin home.
