Solid requirements are vital to the success of every project, and oversight and responsibility ultimately comes back to the project manager. Accurate estimates are critical when planning projects.
Demonstrated methodology experience is a cornerstone to successfully managing application development projects. UML and RUP experience is essential, and PMI certification is a plus.
